We promise to ship our best-quality products to you in a safe, secure and reliable manner and to deal promptly with any defect or concern you may have regarding your order.
All items are available whilst stocks last. Photographs, colours and sizes are supplied as a guide and products may differ slightly upon delivery.
Refunds and Returns
If your goods do not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us by e-mail. We will arrange either to replace your goods or to refund the purchase price including any post and packing charge. We may ask you to return faulty goods to us and would ask that you take good care to pack them safely when doing so. Where goods are found to have been defective or damaged before delivery, we will refund or reimburse your costs in returning them to us.
If you change your mind about your order, please contact us by e-mail within seven working days of receipt. We will ask you to safely return the goods at your expense and we will then make a refund to you. Our refund may be reduced should the goods be returned part-used, incomplete or damaged.
We put orders from our website through Worldpay, one of the world's leading Internet payment services. After making an order on our site, you will be taken to Worldpay's secure server to enter your credit card details... this information is then protected in transit over the Internet by SSL encryption. You may see a completed padlock or key in your browser when you are on the payment page. Long obsolete web browsers may not make a secure connection or may display an unnecessary security warning because their technology or internal security certificates are out of date.
Like a great many shopping sites, ours uses 'cookies', small chunks of data sent by a website to your browser, either temporarily or to be stored on your hard disk for future reference. There's been some fuss that cookies are used to track which pages you visit on the web or control advertising displays but we only use them to distinguish one visitor to our site from another so that we know who has what in their shopping basket. You must enable cookies or accept cookies in your browser to be able to shop on our site. There is generally no harm in doing so, either here or on other sites.
Wizzbitz does not sell or pass customer's e-mail addresses or other details to other parties nor do we bombard our customers with endless e-mails and leaflets. If you order from us, we may contact you about your order and we may, on occasion, e-mail or write to you with information about our products and special offers. If you would prefer not to receive any promotional material at all from us, please let us know.
